Welcome to Episode 3 – recorded on Fake Thanksgiving 2015! Since I won’t be home for the real Canadian Thanksgiving in October, Mom whipped up Thanksgiving dinner tonight with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and all the trimmings! It was delicious!
With the turkey coma out of the way, I’m only six days away from departing for my trip to Tokyo.
On this episode, I talk about some of the travel planning I’ve been up to lately – and specifically my last major purchase prior to the trip which was getting travel insurance. After doing my homework and much research, I’ve decided to use World Nomads as my insurer as I travel the globe. They offered a great amount of coverage for a very reasonable price.
Also on this episode, I talk about the class-action lawsuit being filed against Air Canada because of a glitch when they recently went to sell travel passes on their website. You can check out the full story on CTV News‘ website.
